1 in 11 U.S. Students Are Vaping Marijuana, Survey Finds

A new survey finds 1 in 11 U.S. students have used marijuana in electronic cigarettes. The results published in JAMA Pediatrics shows that 2.1 million middle and high school students could have used e-cigarettes to get high.

The report analyzed data from the self-reported National Youth Tobacco Survey. More than 20,000 students took the survey in 2016.

This report comes on the heels of the Food and Drug Administration Commissioner declaring youth vaping an epidemic.
