Goats Prefer Happy People, According to Science
Goats prefer happy people, according to science. Researchers from Queen Mary, University of London showed 20 goats from the Buttercups Sanctuary for Goats images of an unfamiliar person looking happy or sad. The study found goats preferred to spend time with the face that was smiling. Scientists say this shows goats are capable of reading human expressions and the impact of domestication on animal cognitive abilities may by more expansive as previously thought.
