Harvey Weinstein Faces Three More Sexual Assault Charges
Harvey Weinstein now faces three more sexual assault charges.
The Manhattan District Attorney says the Grand Jury charged Weinstein with an additional count of Criminal Sexual Act in the First Degree for a forcible sexual act against a third unidentified woman in 2006 as well as two counts of Predatory Sexual Assault. The Manhattan District Attorney says the predatory sexual assault charge carries a minimum sentence of 10 years and a maximum life sentence in prison.
Weinstein also faces charges of Rape in the First and Third Degrees and Criminal Sexual Act in the First Degree, for forcible sexual acts against two other women in 2013 and 2004.
