George H.W. Bush Makes History on His 94th Birthday

Former President George H.W. Bush turns 94 today, becoming the first U.S. former president to reach that age.

The Associated Press reports he will spend the day at his home in Kennebunkport, Maine, just eight days after being released from the hospital where he was treated for low blood pressure.

He will celebrate his birthday with several of his children, including former President George W. Bush.
