Donald Trump Says He Didn't Know About Lawyer's $130,000 Payment to Stormy Daniels

President Donald Trump said he didn’t know about the $130,000 payment his attorney made to Stormy Daniels to keep quiet about an alleged sexual encounter between her and Trump.

While speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One, Trump said he didn’t know his lawyer, Michael Cohen, paid the adult film actress $130,000. Multiple media outlets report, when pressed about why Cohen made the payment, Trump said, “You’ll have to ask Michael Cohen. Michael is my attorney.”

The White House has said Trump denies the sexual encounter.
