Happy Year of the Dog, Chinese New Year!

Happy Year of the Dog, Chinese New Year!

Happy Chinese New Year! The reason why we couldn’t ignore it on DogFeed TV is that it’s the Year of the Dog!

Chinese New Year begins today. Unlike here in America, Chinese New Year falls on a different date each year because its based on the lunar calendar. And it’s the Year of the Dog because the Chinese zodiac follows a 12-year cycle so people born in 2018 are known as Dogs so are people in 2006, 1994...and so on.

Yourchineseastrology.com says Dogs are loyal and honest. They are friendly, faithful, loyal, smart, straightforward, venerable and have a strong sense of responsibility. But, on the flip side they are self-righteous, cold, critical of others and not good at social activities.
