Kavanaugh Hires First Supreme Court All-Female Law Clerk Team

Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh was confirmed on Saturday, and was already on the job Sunday, preparing for arguments with his all-woman law clerk team, a first for the Supreme Court.

Those against Kavanaugh’s confirmation said the move doesn’t undo the damage left by his confirmation meetings.
