Class Action Lawsuit Filed Against LaCroix Water

A class action lawsuit has been filed against LaCroix’s parent company National Beverage Corporation, claiming the popular sparkling water is not “all natural” as it touts itself to be.

According to a press release from Beaumont Costales, the class action firm behind the suit, testing shows LaCroix contains artificial ingredients, including linalool, which is used in cockroach insecticide.

The lawsuit says LaCroix and National Beverage are aware of the synthetic ingredients and intentionally mislead customers into thinking the drinks are natural.

The lawsuit seeks to stop LaCroix from falsely labeling their products as natural and to award damages to consumers who purchased the beverages under false pretenses.
