ISIS Convoy Stranded by US-led Airstrikes

A convoy of ISIS fighters are working to make their way to territory in Syria, despite being stranded by U.S.-led airstrikes. The New York Times reports coalition spokesman Col. Ryan Dillon said the airstrikes blocked the road where the Islamic State convoy was traveling. Dillon said the airstrikes also destroyed a small bridge.

Reuters reports the convoy was meant to keep ISIS fighters from being transferred to an active battle zone.
