ISIS Claims Responsibility for Manchester Ariana Grande Concert Attack

ISIS has claimed responsibility for a terror attack that killed dozens of people and injured hundreds. The BBC reports police say a male suicide bomber who acted alone set off the bomb in the foyer of Manchester Arena as people were leaving an Ariana Grande concert. Police identified the man as 22-year-old Salman Abedi.

An 18-year-old female student and a 8-year-old Ariana Grande superfan were the first victims named.
