Letter Bomb Explodes at International Monetary Fund in Paris
Paris police say a letter bomb sent to the International Monetary Fund exploded and injured one person. Police say it was a homemade bomb that was sent by regular mail. Police told reporters a secretary suffered burns on her face and arms, but her injuries were not life threatening. She was hit in the face with some shrapnel and her hearing was affected because the bomb made a loud noise when it exploded.
The Guardian reports a militant Greek group called Conspiracy of FIre Cells claimed responsibility for the bomb.
