Marine Corps Forms Task Force After Female Nude Photo-Sharing Scandal

The Marine Corps has formed a task force, made up of leaders from key agencies within the Marine Corps, in the wake of a nude photo-sharing scandal of female marines on Facebook. The task force will focus on what needs to be done in light of the scandal.

According to military.com, one of the options the task force may consider is providing women Marines with reputation management software, which would protect a person's online presence from damaging information and bury that type of information from search engine results.

Meantime, the scandal has also been discovered in other branches of the military. Business Insider reports the discovery of another site where allegedly there are hundreds of photos of nude servicewomen from every branch of the military posted.

The Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) continues to investigate the photo-sharing ring.
